Panel Discussion: Lessons Learned from Implementing DORA
DORA is the EU’s forthcoming regulation on digital operational resilience, designed to ensure that the financial sector in Europe can maintain resilient operations even during severe disruptions. The regulation will affect banks, insurance companies, and investment firms, as well as their third-party providers. The requirements are the same for all EU countries, with the primary aim of preventing and mitigating cyber threats.
Europe’s entire financial sector is already in the implementation phase, which will continue until January 17, 2025, when the legislation will be fully enforced. What can we learn from those who have been working with the legislation and have made significant progress?
In this panel discussion, we will have the opportunity to hear about what the regulation entails and how it affects large parts of the financial sector. Most importantly, we will learn more about the challenges and experiences related to implementing the regulation within organizations.
Listen to our experienced panel with: Magnus Jacobson from the Swedish Bankers’ Association, Annica Ekelund from AMF Tjänstepension, and Kristofer Karlström from Nordnet Bank.
Participation is free of charge.
